Key Report: Measure B is Cost Competitive/Won't significantly impact rates

An exhaustive independent analysis released Monday by Huron Consulting confirmed that Measure B is a bold but affordable plan to bring green energy and good jobs to LA.

The study confirmed that while Measure B will bring thousands of good jobs and enough clean energy to power 100,000 homes to Los Angeles - it won't significantly impact bills for ratepayers. The report concluded that DWP will still have the lowest rates in Southern California. It predicted that if rates rise it will be a maximum of %1.1 or around a dollar a month for consumers. Huron reached these conclusions after over 90 days of study, 450 hours of expert interviews, and over 10,000 cost simulations. The report is available in full as an attachment and at the link below:
